Information you choose to share

The contact form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, area of interest and message. This information is sent to Tommy by email and used only to respond to your inquiry and arrange services.

Please do not use the form for emergencies or include highly sensitive medical information. This website does not sell contact information or use it for advertising.

Website operation

The web host may retain basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages and timestamps, for security and reliability.

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated spam. Cloudflare may process technical browser and network information for this security check, but does not receive the contents of the contact form.

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and website performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or local browser storage, track visitors across websites or collect personal data for advertising, and Helm of Destiny does not use the analytics data to identify individual visitors.

Booking and payment

Bodywork appointments are scheduled through Cal.com without payment at booking. Cal.com processes the contact and appointment information needed to reserve your session. If payment is made separately through Stripe, payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not received through this website’s contact form.

Information submitted while booking is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to administer appointments, provide services and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. Please do not include detailed or highly sensitive medical information in booking notes.

Your choices

You may ask for a contact inquiry to be corrected or deleted by replying to the email conversation. Questions or requests concerning bodywork booking information may be sent to bodywork@helmofdestiny.com or managed through Cal.com.
