Distant mountains and a valley at sunset

Helping people return to themselves.

Aliveness is not intensity. It is being present and available—to your body, your choices, other people and the life in front of you. Bodywork, coaching and movement are different ways to practice that return.

Based in Berkeley, California. Coaching is also available online.

About Tommy

Practice changed my life gradually.

My work grew from decades of movement, touch, grief, relationship, meditation and practice. I do not believe people are broken; I believe we adapt intelligently and change becomes possible when we have enough support, clarity and choice.
