Scheduling

Bodywork appointments are scheduled through Cal.com. No payment is required to reserve an appointment; payment is arranged separately. The private studio address is provided after the booking is confirmed.

Coaching consultations may be booked separately and are available online. Policies for ongoing coaching or movement work will be agreed upon before that work begins.

Cancellations

Cancellations made at least two business days before the scheduled session incur no fee. Cancellations made with less than two business days’ notice and missed appointments may be charged the full session fee.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule using the link in your confirmation email. Changes made at least two business days before the session can be made without penalty. For changes within two business days, please contact Tommy at bodywork@helmofdestiny.com. Late rescheduling is not guaranteed and may be treated as a late cancellation.

Late arrival

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened so the following appointment can begin on time. The full session fee remains due.

If Tommy needs to cancel

If Tommy must cancel your appointment, you may reschedule. Any amount already paid for that session will be returned in full.

Illness

Please do not attend a bodywork session if you have a fever, a contagious illness or symptoms that make close-contact work inappropriate. Contact Tommy as soon as possible at bodywork@helmofdestiny.com to discuss whether rescheduling is appropriate. Exceptions to the late-cancellation policy may be made at Tommy’s discretion.

Consent and boundaries

Bodywork is collaborative and consent-based. You may request changes to pressure, positioning, draping, areas of focus or any other aspect of the session. You may pause or end the session at any time.

Sexual or inappropriate conduct will end the session immediately, and the session fee will not be refunded.

Scope and safety

Tommy Bielskis is a California Certified Massage Therapist, CAMTC #103556. Bodywork, coaching and movement education do not diagnose or treat medical or mental-health conditions and are not substitutes for medical care, psychotherapy, physical therapy, crisis support or emergency services. You are encouraged to communicate discomfort, boundaries, injuries and relevant health concerns at any time.

Policy updates

Last updated September 7, 2026. These policies may be updated as services and booking requirements evolve. The policy in effect when an appointment is booked applies to that appointment.
