Touch
Precise, responsive bodywork for relief, mobility, and greater ease.
My sessions combine deep tissue and myofascial approaches with close attention to breath, structure, guarding, and tolerance. The work is firm and capable without treating your body as something to conquer.
Ask about bodyworkThe session is not a fixed routine. It is a collaboration.
Every session begins with a conversation about what you are experiencing and what you want from the work. We may focus on a specific area, recurring patterns across the body, recovery from activity, or general maintenance.
I tend to work slowly and stay with an area long enough for meaningful change to become possible. Pressure is adjusted continuously. You are encouraged to speak, move, breathe, or ask for a different approach at any time.
Deep without becoming blunt.
Hands of a rock climber. Attunement developed through contact improvisation. Body knowledge built through years of movement practice.
I pay attention not only to the tightest tissue, but to how the body organizes around it: where movement is transferred, where breath stops, where effort spreads, and where support is missing.
This work may be a good fit when you:
- prefer firm, focused, sustained pressure
- have chronic tension or recurring areas of restriction
- climb, dance, train, work physically, or spend long hours in one position
- want a session tailored to your body rather than a standard sequence
- are curious about how breath, posture, movement, and tension interact
