Movement
Capacity is built, not imagined.
Movement sessions develop strength, coordination, mobility, awareness, adaptability, and play. The aim is not merely to perform exercises, but to become more capable inside your own body.
Ask about movementStrength and sensitivity are not opposites.
- coordination

Practice expands what your body can perceive and do.
Movement is my deepest personal practice. It has taught me that attention can be trained and that the body becomes more intelligent through varied, meaningful challenges.
I teach principles and skills rather than prescribing endless repetitions. We work at an appropriate level, make the task understandable, and gradually expand your options.
You do not need to be athletic, flexible, or experienced. Curiosity and willingness to practice are enough.
Individual movement sessions
Classes at the Berkeley Alembic and Pacific Pipeworks are planned. Dates and registration details will be posted when confirmed.
Movement education is not physical therapy or medical rehabilitation. Please obtain appropriate medical guidance for acute injury, significant pain, neurological symptoms, or post-operative care.
